Who we are
The Land Utilities Advisory Group are a specialist firm offering consultancy services in respect of utility apparatus where an impact on property value arises. We work alongside developers, housing associations, local authorities and private landowners to maximise their asset value and ensure a greater understanding of the rights the utility companies hold.

The members of the Land Utilities Advisory Group have nearly 20 years combined experience in the utility rights sector. Having previously negotiated £millions in compensation claims for a huge variety of property owners across the UK, LUAG came together to create a tailored service for clients with unique property assets requiring the best of the best.
